1. Introduction

Welcome to CredIndia, operated by Credindia ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Credindia provides mutual fund distribution services including personalized mutual fund portfolio recommendations, risk profiling, goal-based investment planning, SIP allocation guidance, and ongoing portfolio support. We do not guarantee returns and do not provide assured profits.

2A. Regulatory Capacity & Fee Disclosure

Credindia is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a *Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD)* bearing ARN No. *ARN-354951* and EUIN *E677388*.

We are *not* a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst (RA). We do not provide personalized securities advice, stock tips, or research reports under any SEBI-regulated capacity.

Fee Structure — Full Transparency:

  • We charge a *one-time onboarding fee of ?299 + GST* for financial assessment and mutual fund portfolio creation. This is the *only direct fee* collected from you.
  • We do *not* charge any advisory fee, management fee, performance fee, subscription fee, or any other recurring charge.
  • As an AMFI-registered MFD, we receive *trail commission directly from the Asset Management Companies (AMCs)* on mutual fund investments made through us. This commission is paid by the AMC — not by you — and is already embedded in the expense ratio of the fund.
  • Our recommendations are based on your financial goals and risk profile. While we endeavor to act in your best interest, as an MFD we are not bound by the fiduciary standard applicable to RIAs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain confidentiality of your account, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made.

5. Investment Risk Disclaimer

All mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Portfolio suggestions are based on your inputs and our assessment — actual results may vary.

6. Fees & Payments

We charge a one-time onboarding fee of ?299 + GST. This is the only fee payable by the user to Credindia There are no hidden charges, no subscription fees, and no recurring charges of any kind. Pricing is clearly displayed at credindia.in/pricing.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with mutual fund platforms, payment gateways, and KYC providers. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

Credindia shall not be liable for financial losses due to market fluctuations, technical disruptions, or user errors or incorrect inputs.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
