3. Why We Collect Your Data

a) KYC Verification Providers
CAMS, KFintech, or other SEBI-authorized KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) as required by AMFI regulations.

b) Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
To facilitate mutual fund transactions made through our platform.

c) Payment Gateways
Razorpay, PayU, or similar PCI-DSS compliant processors for onboarding fee collection.

d) Regulatory Authorities
AMFI, SEBI, Income Tax Department, or any other statutory body when legally required.

e) Technology Partners
Hosting, analytics, or communication service providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data Security

  • Encrypted storage for sensitive fields (PAN, Aadhaar)
  • Role-based access control — only authorized personnel can access user data

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

  • Marketing consent records — until you withdraw consent

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

a) Right to Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

b) Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

c) Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your data, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

d) Right to Withdraw Consent — Opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing us or clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send.

e) Right to Grievance Redressal — Lodge a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled (see Section 11).
